Pricing and Payment

The current list of offers on this site of the Vinothek im Park AG supersedes all previous editions.

All prices of the current list of offers are per bottle, excluding 8% VAT.

For first time buyers, we only deliver against payment in advance.

The goods remain the propertyof the Vinothek im Park AG until full payment.

Availability, prior sale and price and vintage changes is expressly reserved. These Terms replace all previous versions.

Delivery Conditions

With the exception of transport by our vans, delivery and insurance are on behalf and under the responsibility of the buyer. For damage or failure caused by third parties, the Vinothek im Park AG has no responsibility.

Franco delivery from stock Weggis.

The buyer bears all costs of delivery

Pickup from stock Weiherstrasse 8, 6353 Weggis by telephone arrangement (min. 24 hours in advance) is possible.
